  1. How can I change my name in the system?
    1. Turn in a change of information form with proof of a name change (driver’s license, divorce decree, etc) to the Registrar’s Office. 
  2. How do I request an official transcript?
    1. Transcripts can be requested online in Self Service Banner.
  3. How do I register for classes myself?
    1. You can log in to your Self-Service Banner and register for classes.
  4. How do I withdraw from a course?
    1. You can log in to your Self-Service Banner and withdraw from classes.  
  5. How do I withdraw from ALL courses for the semester?
    1. You must use the Term Withdrawal form located in your Self-Service Banner under the student tab.
