  1. My bill does not show the Financial Aid award/scholarship/loans deducted from it, why not?
    1. The Accounts do not pay until after the last day of registration because during add and drop, students are still making changes to their schedules. 
  2. When does Residency Determination need to be completed?
    1. Within 45 days from the start of a semester.
  3. How do I waive my health insurance?
    1. You can log on to Student Blue and choose to waive it before the deadline otherwise you’ll be automatically enrolled and billed for it.
  4. How do military students use Tuition Assistance (TA)?
    1. You must register through the ArmyIgnitED portal by the registration close date.
  5. Are Graduate students able to get books from the bookstore? 
    1. They are not automatically billed. They can pick up their books, and the bookstore will notify student accounts to add the charge. Or they can email the office of student accounts that they want to opt-in to the book rental program and add the charge to their account.
  6. If I withdraw from the university, will I be refunded my tuition and fees?
    1. Students requesting to withdraw from a course are not eligible to receive a prorated refund:
